Last month, when I received an invitation from Shailesh J Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM) to share my experiences as a part of ‘Diksha’ series, I was not that much surprised since I had delivered a lecture at SJMSOM last year. However, the challenge this year was to complete end-to-end session including Q & A in 45 minutes.
I talked on ‘Delivery Excellence’ framework which is my forte. It was difficult to explain in just 35-40 minutes.
With examples around the popular Swiggy app, I covered key elements of Delivery Excellence. During the talk, I shared my experiences and achievements related to the same.
There was less time to do Q & A. However, as usual, it was a memorable experience to share my knowledge at a premium management institute.
