With 29 years leading digital shifts in the financial sector, my focus has always been on delivering flawless projects, building strong teams, and figuring out what's next for data and analytics.
Driving Growth
Currently, as a Director at CRISIL Limited, I lead the Data & Analytics practice in India. My work covers everything from managing large-scale programs and service delivery to leading teams and working with vendors.
I'm a firm believer in doing things right the first time. Over the years, my teams and I have consistently delivered projects without major issues, which has led to being recognized as a Top APAC Voice and a regular in the Top 25 Project Management & FinTech lists.
Insights in Banking & Tech
My background covers the full tech stack in banking, from IT governance and strategy to complex data migrations. I've worked extensively on core banking, liquidity systems, consumer finance, and microfinance.
Lately, I've been focused on building modern data platforms and exploring how technologies like Web3 and blockchain can solve actual problems for businesses.

Whether I'm giving a keynote on tech trends, speaking as a motivational speaker in Hindi, or lecturing at places like IIT and IIM, my goal is to inspire. As a coach, I've helped many professionals level up their careers in finance and project leadership.
Giving Back
I've invested in 13 startups across India and abroad, and I enjoy mentoring young professionals and students. I'm also deeply involved in programs that help employees across the country manage their finances better.

Personally, I'm all about fitness: I'm a marathoner, love adventure sports, and stay active whenever I can.
