What impressed me most was not just the breadth of research, but its relevance. The conference brought together research spanning Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, Cybersecurity, Explainable AI, Sustainable Computing, Smart Cities, Mental Health Technologies, Computer Vision, Edge AI, Blockchain, Industry-Academia Collaboration, and much more. It was encouraging to see young researchers addressing real-world challenges through innovation.

The real differentiator will not be who has access to technology, as now everyone has access to it, but the meaningful differentiator will be one who can apply it responsibly to solve meaningful problems.
I also encouraged students to look beyond learning programming languages or AI tools. Technology will continue to evolve, but qualities like curiosity, critical thinking, adaptability, ethics, and continuous learning will always remain relevant. Today, studentsโ competition is not with peers, itโs with AI. In the age of AI, your degree gets you an interview. Your ability to learn gets you a career.
Research should not end with publication. It should begin with impact.
