 I am a strategic and growth leader with 27 years of experience in project leadership, agile project management, and BFSI digital transformation. Currently, I serve as a Director at Crisil Limited, leading Data & Analytics Practice for India. 

My expertise includes portfolio delivery management, program and project management, service delivery, vendor management, and team leadership. I have consistently delivered zero-defect projects and have been recognized as a Top APAC Voice and a Top 25 Project Management & FinTech Thought Leader for multiple years.

The book encapsulates my decade-long experience in project management thought leadership, offering insights to help aspiring and experienced project managers tackle complex challenges. Additionally, I mentor startups, newcomers, students, and professionals through my BFSI mentorship program, and yes, I am an angel investor in several startups.

Apart from being a certified independent director and a Keynote speaker on digital innovation, finance keynote speaker in India, and speaker on agile and project management at conferences and prestigious institutions/B-schools like IIT and IIM, I’m also certified in multiple professional areas, including PMP, ESG, CMMi (ATM), Agile (ACP, DASSM, CSM, PSM-I), AWS. I even have a good understanding of blockchain/Web3 technologies.

 I am a certified agile project manager and certified agile leader, and I bring this expertise to my roles as a strategic coach, management coach, and executive coach in India.

With extensive expertise in the BFSI sector, including liquidity management systems, core banking, consumer banking, credit cards, collections, NBFC, and microfinance, I have led BFSI digital transformation projects, managed BFSI product development lifecycles, and implemented Data Lakehouse solutions. 

My technical knowledge spans IT governance, IT strategy, banking application architecture, and data migration. I am well-versed in the concepts of design, development, implementation, data migration, data warehouse, on-site/offshore production support, IT Governance, IT Strategy, IT Security, Banking Application Architecture and Design.

I am also deeply involved in promoting financial wellness through financial wellness programs for employees and financial wellness India initiatives. As a growth leader, I focus on leadership excellence, leadership and team building, and leadership keynote sessions to inspire middle management and senior professionals. My work as a strategic leader and Top executive coach in India has helped many achieve their goals in finance management and project leadership.
