I had the distinct privilege of conducting mock interviews for the final semester students of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. 🧑🏫
Engaging in this endeavor proved to be a significant and gratifying experience, as I devoted my Saturday to actively participate in shaping the trajectory of prospective trailblazers while also giving back to our society. Each student was having an exceptionally commendable resume, a fact that did not go unnoticed. I would have dreamt of such resumes during my college days.
The opportunity to engage with the most exceptional young minds in disciplines such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, and MTech was nothing less than an enriching experience. During these interactions and feedback sessions, I had the privilege to share insights gained from an employer’s perspective, focusing on strategies for effective presentation during real-world interviews.
I hold a profound sense of gratitude for the chance to provide guidance to these ambitious IITians, aiding them in their meticulous career preparations.
Fun fact 😊- I was not even aware of IIT when I completed by 10+2.

Introduction to PMP Certification
It was a pleasure 😊 conducting another session at CRISIL Limited about “Introduction to PMP Certification”.
In my first session (Introduction to Project Management) at CRISIL, around 200+ CRISILtes joined. The session was well-received. However, due to the paucity of time, we could not cover details about how to start the journey toward PMP certification.
In this follow-up session, I covered about nuances of PMP certification, starting from PMI membership, required training, education, experiences, application, exam fees, etc. Only serious PMs joined the session and got good in-depth knowledge about PMP certification.
Already few managers have either undergone formal training or planning to take up PMP training to become PMP-certified project managers.
It’s my way of giving back to the society!!!!

📢It was an honor to conduct a session on ‘Introduction to Project Management’ in my company CRISIL Limited. The session was to introduce newbies and aspiring managers to the Project Management concept and roadmap to certifications.
I was overwhelmed by 200+ attendees 🧑💼🧑🤝🧑 from across the globe. The session was well-received, with a good rating. The session triggered awesome curiosity, and several colleagues got inspired to onboard the journey.
We are starting a Project Management community in CRISIL Limited and conduct more events in the future to help take up the career.
Looking forward to helping all those out there to take up Project Management as a valued profession and career choice.

While automation is top of the CIOs list for a few years, it seems that after moving to the cloud and creating LCNC platforms, CIOs are moving towards deploying advanced technology to take advantage of platforms they have created.
