I am a self-motivated & self-starter person who believes nothing is impossible in life, provided you are passionate enough to peruse your goal to the end. Trust me, during my journey of life, I have achieved a few milestones through strategic planning & perseverance, which once seemed impossible to me.

I work as an IT Professional (Software Portfolio-cum-Program manager) for my bread & butter. I work with CRISIL Limited as a Director.

I have over 25 years of Global & Rich experience in Portfolio delivery management, Program/Project Management, Service Delivery, Vendor management & Team management.

I have published a book – Supercharge your Project Management skills – in October 2022. 🎯I wrote this book because I believe everyone has a story to tell, and I wanted to share mine with the world. New, aspiring, and even seasoned project managers often look for guidance in difficult situations. This book culminates learning’s drawn from over a decade of my personal experience in this field, and I hope it helps my readers in their project management journey. I am well versed with the concepts of design, development, implementation, data migration, data warehouse, on-site/offshore production support, IT Governance, IT Strategy, IT Security, Banking Application Architecture & Design.

I am a PMP, ACP & PRINCE2 certified professional as well as have ITIL V3 certification. I am also a Scrum Master (DASSM, CSM & PSM I) & practice Agile methodology for projects. I have been an appraisal team member (ATM) of the appraisal team for the CMMi Level 3 assessment for my organization.

I have domain expertise in the BFSI segment, including Liquidity management system (Intellect Design Arena’s INTELLECT suite), Core banking (Oracle’s FLEXCUBE), Consumer Banking, Credit Cards, Collections, NBFC & Microfinance business & related systems.

I am a volunteer with the PMI India Mumbai chapter and leading the VP-Membership portfolio for the chapter. In past, I lead the Awards Committee, and previous to that, I was part of the election committee. I have been PMI India Champion from 2016-18. I strongly advocate project management practice not only in India, but also globally. 

I provide consultancy on program/project management, core banking implementation, restructuring, migration, turning projects GREEN from RED, decommissioning or any kind of IT projects in the BFSI segment. I have extensive experience in different banking modules (CASA, Deposits, Loans, GL, Liquidity Management system, Trade finance, etc.) & its related areas of banking.
